City To Intervene In Hearings.
Nice to hear that City officials in Saint John are going to intervene at the National Energy Board hearings. Took a little longer than perhaps it should have to nail them down, but they are going to do the right thing. Bad part of this is, the NEB makes the final decision, not the local government. I started to wonder exactly who was on this board. Who it was that would decide the fate of Rockwood Park. Did'nt see any New Brunswickers on that list of course. Wonder if the Provincial Government will have anything to say on our behalf? I think we'll need every gun we have, as I have my doubts that a group of people in Western Canada really care about our park and our green space. It's up to us to be heard.
