Ombudsman blasts government for 'disappointing' responses
New Brunswick Ombudsman Bernard Richard does'nt give very good marks to the Government. Not surprising really. Too bad Bernard did'nt stick around to lead the Liberals. He'd be a great Premier. But I digress......

"Number of complaints nearly doubles
The New Brunswick Office of the Ombudsman, based in Fredericton, is responsible for investigating complaints against provincial departments, school districts, regional health authorities, municipalities, Crown agencies and other agencies reporting to the province.
Richard said 2004-2005 was a "challenging" period for his office, because it received almost twice as many complaints that required investigation than during the previous year.
The number of complaints requiring action leaped to 1761 from 936 in the previous year, he said."
