Tanker vs Bernard
So we have Bernard Lord making accusations about Malley, even though he has no proof to back him up. Seems to be a strange strategy, unless of course he is trying to push Malley into pulling the trigger. Could Lord really want an election?? Seems like a strange move for a party who's on the brink of defeat. They are coming off a recent crushing defeat in the bi-election in Saint John Harbour.
I just don't get what is happening internally with the Conservatives here in New Brunswick. They seem to be quite happy to barrel head first to their own destruction. I think Lord is getting some very bad advice from his handlers. There were other more subtle ways to have dealt with the situation, and still get the point across. Seems all he has done is galvanize Malley's support in his riding of Miramichi Bay-du-Vin.
