It's nice that they updated some old agreements of co-operation, BUT, as long as the labour mobility problem exists, it's simply semantics. I actually agree with Graham on this one. Either the door swings both ways, or it gets locked from either direction. Of would of course prefer the first option, but if this is the way we have to do it.......then so be it. I understand that Charest has problems of his own, but it needs to be a two way street, not a one way.....
