Economist says He was given an Incomplete Platform.

Remember when Stephen Harper boasted that his plan had been endorsed by the Conference Board Of Canada?? Well it appears the plan released on Friday is different than the one the Board was originally given. Paul Darby, the deputy cheif economist with the Conference Board of Canada, says that the health-care guarantee and the commitment to fix the "fiscal imbalance" were not in the plan they examined. He speculates that perhaps Harper and the CPC are not really committed to these items, as they were never costed in the endorsed plan.
