No Pre-kindergarten for N.B

Via CBC: Liberals will not be fulfilling Conservative pre-kindergarten promise

The Libs have canned this program that was announced by the previous government. Good idea? Bad? Do you care?

I'm wondering what you teach a child to prepare them for kindergarten? Anybody know?
